Your initial appointment includes a detailed health history, assessment, and hands-on treatment. We will discuss your concerns, evaluate movement and mobility, and identify factors that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include joint mobilisations, trigger point releases, stretching, cupping and other manual therapies.
You may notice changes in mobility, tension, or comfort following treatment. Recommendations such as stretches, or exercises may be provided to support your progress between sessions.
Treatment is performed over clothing, so comfortable attire is recommended, although not required.
