Your initial appointment includes a detailed health history, assessment, and hands-on treatment. We will discuss your concerns, evaluate movement and mobility, and identify factors that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include joint mobilisations, trigger point releases, stretching, cupping and other manual therapies.
You may notice changes in mobility, tension, or comfort following treatment. Recommendations such as stretches, or exercises may be provided to support your progress between sessions.
Treatment is performed over clothing, so comfortable attire is recommended, although not required.

Your PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching session is a form of assisted stretching that combines gentle muscle contractions with passive stretching to improve flexibility and mobility. It can help reduce muscle tightness, increase range of motion, and support easier, more comfortable movement.
Throughout the session, you will be guided through a series of stretches that combine gentle muscle contractions with relaxation techniques to help improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Each stretch is tailored to your comfort level and goals.
To maximise your range of motion, stretchy or loose clothing is recommended.

Your LLLT sessions use light based therapy to support tissue recovery, reduce pain, and improve healing at a cellular level. It is a non-invasive, athermal treatment that may be used alongside manual therapy to help decrease inflammation, improve circulation, and support overall recovery.
During your session, the array and/ or laser will be applied to the targeted area while you remain comfortably positioned. The treatment is painless and requires no downtime, allowing you to return to your regular activities following your appointment.
Loose or comfortable clothing is recommended to allow easy access to the area being treated.
